Discover Azulejo Azul, a charming 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon's Baixa district. Located on the historic Rua de São Julião, it combines beautiful original 17th-century tiles on the living and dining room walls with all modern comforts. Want to experience the real Lisbon: pedestrian streets, traditional restaurants, viewpoints just a few minutes' walk away? The apartment has been recently renovated and offers a welcoming atmosphere. Living and dining room: Adorned with beautiful transitional blue tiles from the 17th century. Includes two single sofa beds (75x200) that can be configured upon request (usually only for bookings of 5 or more guests). Kitchen: Fully equipped and modern, with a dining table for 6 people. Master Suite: Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) + private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 2nd BEDROOM: Two single beds (90x200 cm). 2nd Bathroom with Shower, Toilet and sink (access via the main entrance). Maximum capacity: 7 guests (4 in fixed beds + 2 on the sofa bed).

Important: For bookings of 4 or fewer people, the sofa bed is normally closed. If you need it set up, please let us know in advance. Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit (entire apartment). Common areas of the building (stairs and elevator) are shared with other residents. I offer remote interaction. I am always available by message or phone to help with anything you need before and during your stay. Self check-in with lockbox. Travel cot (55 x 115 cm) available upon prior request, or if you indicate in your booking that you have a baby. High chair and other baby equipment can also be provided — please let us know when booking. The building has security cameras in common areas (entrance and stairs). The sofa bed is only set up when needed. If you would like the configuration for reservations of 4 or fewer guests, please inform us in advance.

House Rules:
*No smoking inside the apartment


*Quiet hours: noise must be kept to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM


*Towels or bed linen with difficult-to-remove stains (red wine, blood, heavy makeup, etc.) will incur an extra cleaning fee


*Guests must inform the host in advance if they are bringing any animalsIt is strictly prohibited to move, rearrange, or change the position of any furniture or decorative items in the apartment without prior authorization from the host


*Any damage to furniture, appliances or other items will be charged at replacement cost


Dog Rules :


*The dog is not allowed on beds, sofas, or any furniture
*The dog must not be left alone in the apartment for long periods
*The dog must be trained to do its business outside only. Always pick up waste and dispose of it in the appropriate outdoor bins
*Any damage caused by the dog (scratches, stains, excessive hair, dirty sofa, etc.) will be charged at the cost of replacement or extra cleaning

-If you bring your dog, an extra cleaning fee of €10 per stay will be applied.
