Set within 34 acres of unspoilt countryside, including two fully fenced and secure fields for off-lead adventures, as well as fantastic woodland walks right from your doorstep, there is plenty to explore. The coastal town of Looe is only 4 miles away and offers an array of shops, excellent fish restaurants and a museum. A little further away (16 miles), but still within easy reach, the world-renowned Eden Project is a must-see for visitors to the area, with many music events and entertainment all year round. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the stunning South West Coast Path, scenic Bodmin Moor and, for the more adventurous, Adrenaline Quarry is 9 miles away and offers an exciting day out.


This stunning holiday cottage boasts stylish interiors and is immaculately presented. Step into the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room; filled with natural light, it’s a great sociable space in which to get together after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen offers a great space to cook up an evening meal or pack a hearty lunch for a day out, whilst the lounge is a comfortable spot to relax and kick back at the end of the day. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a master king-size bed with luxurious linens and a twin bedroom with plenty of light. Next door is a fabulous contemporary bathroom, stylishly presented with a separate bath and shower, the perfect spot for a soak after a day of adventure.


Outside is a private, enclosed patio offering furniture and a BBQ to dine alfresco on a summer's evening, or why not take advantage of the site's hot tub for the afternoon while overlooking the beautiful countryside? A natural play area for children, made from a series of tree stumps, will keep the little ones entertained, along with a swing set and slide. Let their imagination run wild with the specially designed fairy trail in the woods, or enjoy feeding and collecting eggs from the resident hens with the owners.
