The living area is perfectly laid out with a comfortable sofa and 2 tub chairs, dining area and kitchen with everything you could need including oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine but if you do fancy a night off from cooking then you will not have far to go as the local pub is just across the road from the farm. A secured, enclosed garden with comfortable seating, dining area and sun canopay provides extra space to relax and unwind. Coldharbour Farm Park is accessed via a private gated entrance taking you past the fields and paddocks with lots of parking available.

There is so much on offer in this beautiful part of the South of England with the Goodwood Estate world known for its racing, golfing and horse racing and home to the famous Festival of Speed and Revival, Cowdray Estate for polo, just 10-minute drive from Trotton Estates Vineyard where you can enjoy a tour, picnic or even a wine tasting event. Within easy reach are beaches at Hayling Island, West Wittering and Bognor Regis, the picturesque sailing village of Bosham, Arundel with its historic castle and antique shops and the historic cathedral city of Chichester with its festival theatre and array of shops.
