Would you like to take a vacation with the whole family at Germany’s northernmost resort? Then we’ve found just the right place for you: the Dunen Hus. Travel comfortably via Denmark on the Sylt ferry and enjoy the scenic crossing, which takes you straight to your destination.

This vacation home is a bright, modernly furnished thatched-roof cottage that sleeps up to four people—the perfect setting for a dream vacation. The living area features a cozy sofa and armchair arrangement facing the fireplace, along with a spacious dining area. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, so nothing stands in the way of a delicious vacation dinner. From the living room, you step out into your garden with a furnished patio. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.

On the upper floor of the house, you’ll find a light-filled, spacious bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. On the same level, a full bathroom awaits you, featuring a freestanding bathtub and shower, as well as a separate restroom.
In the basement of the house, you can enjoy some quiet time in your wellness area with a private sauna and shower. Especially during the cold season, it’s even more delightful to enjoy a few warming sauna sessions after a long walk along the List dike. The second bedroom, featuring a double bed, is located in the basement.

The resort town of List has continued to develop in recent years into one of the most popular destinations on the island of Sylt. First floor: one bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet; full bathroom with freestanding bathtub and shower; separate toilet

This is a non-smoking residence where pets are not allowed. You’ll find a parking space about 50 meters away from the house.

Please note that the tour of the house shows two bedrooms in the basement. However, the smaller bedroom is no longer available.
