Absolutely stunning new home in Litchfield Park, close to Verrado area!!!

Unbelievably gorgeous single story new home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, also a pullout queen sofa in the study area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with tons of walking trails and parks close by. Super close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. I really believe you will love and enjoy staying in this home for your Arizona vacation. For the tv lovers we have direct tv, an 85” screen in the great room, 75” in the primary bedroom and 75” in the study area. WiFi is of course available for your use.

This home was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It had all the necessary items needed. Grocery store was within five minutes from the house. If we come back to the area, I hope this home is still listed with Vrbo.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the host was super super accommodating. She helped us out with getting in early after realizing several of us had early flights and/or had to rebook earlier. Any questions I had she answered quickly and was easy to work with. My only hesitation was that the way the room layout reads, you may think it’s 4 bedrooms and an office, but it is only 4 bedrooms total, just got future reference!It was fun to stay and I would definitely do so again. It was wonderful coming home every night to a peaceful and beautiful space.

This property was immaculate and the owner was wonderful to deal with. The kitchen was gorgeous and stocked with everything I needed to prepare two brunches and one dinner. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great restaurants and a large grocery store was less than five minutes away. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to our new house which was finishing being built. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. Litchfield Park Stay

We needed a place to stay while our home was getting repairs. It is a very nice home as described in the listing. It is in a nice neighborhood that still has homes being built. However it is not noisy. We didn’t use anything except the TV’s which were great! Only complaint would have been the kitchen could have been cleaner.

WOW

You've got to see it to believe it. I loved the open feeling when you open the front door. You can see the back door. The setup is fantastic and well thought out.The neighborhood is what they call a bedroom neighborhood, as it is quiet, indicating that the houses are well-insulated.You have to see it to believe it. One of the best houses I've stayed in in a long time, and I travel frequently, staying in many VRBO houses.

This place was exactly what my family & I were looking for. With two little ones (2.5 years old & 6 month old) it was homey, kid friendly, & clean. We were very comfortable. Spacious Accommodations

We really wasn't expecting everything to be exactly as describe, but they were. The main rooms are spacious and large enough for everyone. All the rooms and appliances were clean and functional.The best part for us: we were able to use our wheelchair and walker without much effort.Home is close to Hwy 10 and necessary stores. Downtown was a short trip. Airport 45mins on a Friday night.If I had to change anything it would be:1. Put a luggage rack in the main bedroom. The bench in the closet is nice, but not adequate.2. Wash with Persil detergent. Our towels weren't very clean.A small change, that would be greatly appreciated.I would be a repeat visitor, if we visit the area again.
