1900s One Story Home, 9' High Ceiling Fully Renovated in 2022 Three Bedrooms with Three and a Half Baths, Modern Style Open Concept Living Room and Kitchen Located 10 Minutes from I-20, Downtown from the city of Lithonia, with amenities like Stonecrest Mall and area restaurants open after midnight, the supermarket is 10 minutes away and just a 17-minute drive from one of Atlanta's most famous amusement park Stone Mountain.

Modern style open concept living room and kitchen with all appliances needed for cooking (no dishwasher) water filter system installed by kitchen faucet, refrigeration with water filter and ice maker, touched screen microwave, blender, personal coffee maker, and teapot, electric kettle, basic toaster and so on, large backyard with fence surrounding property.

Access room by the hallway, guest will have three bedrooms, two king-size and queen-size beds, each with The Allswell Luxe 12" Hybrid Mattress with private bathrooms in every room and a half bathroom for visits located on the hallway after laundry room area.

The house is located in the center of downtown Lithonia, just 5 minutes driving Stonecrest and Ring Mall RD, restaurants are around the mall area most of them open after midnight. And if you want to cook your meals, just a 5-minute walk from home, you have the Winfield Supermarket to buy fresh fruits and groceries for the week. One of the most famous places in Atlanta is Stone Mountain Park, a family place for adults and children to enjoy a weekend. It's a peaceful place.

On some occasions both during the day and the night, I hear the sound of the freight train that I love, it makes me feel that I am living in the 1900s, and rarely, the sound of my neighbor's dogs barking, right behind my fenced yard.

Modern style open concept living room and kitchen, laundry area with cleaning and laundry supplies and hallway accesses bedrooms, personal bedroom and full bathroom.

The spaces are available to enjoy and feel as if you are at home. The living room and kitchen area with items like pans and skillets are located in kitchen drawers for use. Appliances are located in gabinete to optimize spaces and declutter areas.
Have a door refrigerator with filter water and ice maker.

Everything is electric at home, with no gas service. Glass top stove with four burners and one air fryer oven. We have a washer and dryer available for a considered one-time use for short-stay and one-time weekly use for longer-stay.

Interaction will be by text, cause I like to give privacy and space to guests and I usually have busy days, so please text me at any time and I will be happy, with time, to answer your questions.

Meet Lithonia, a city of history meaning "town/town of stone." Lithonia lies at the heart of Georgia's granite mining and viewing region, hence the town's name, from the Greek lithos, meaning "stone". The huge nearby Stone Mountain is composed of granite, while the Lithonia gneiss is a form of metamorphic rock.

I love geography and history, and this is what Lithonia offers you, a city well-located and full of history since its foundation and that still maintains its essence in many aspects.

The house is located in a peaceful place, and only on occasions both during the day and the night, can you hear the sound of the Lithonia Railroad which I love, it makes me feel that I am living in the 1900’s times. And rarely, the sound of my neighbor's dogs barking, right behind my fenced yard.

We have several parking spaces, but in the checking note I will be indicating the exact parking space that corresponds to you and it is free. A neighborhood where you can walk or ride a bike, we have just a minute's walk to the trail of half miles for your exercises either in the morning or early in the afternoon with the sun available. And if you want to cook your meals just 5 minutes walking, you have the Winfield Supermarket to buy fresh fruits and food for the week.

***The number of guests in the room must be the same at the time of reservation. Guests not included in the prior notice are not allowed.

***Please look at house rules for a smooth experience with us! Please try not to eat in the bedrooms, you have access to a dining area for use, but enjoy your time with us. No matter what time, the food trash must remain in the kitchen area for proper disposal.
Parties & Events: Strictly prohibited.

Cleaning Fee for Poor Conditions:
If the property is left excessively dirty beyond what is expected from a courteous guest (e.g., dirty pots and pans, excess trash, stains on floors, dirty walls), an additional cleaning fee of $180 USD will be charged.

Local Residents: Must contact us before booking.

Visitors: Unregistered guests are not allowed overnight. If not included in the reservation, the current app rate will apply as an extra guest charge.

Children & Babies: All ages are welcome, but each guest (including infants) must be listed in the reservation.

Occupancy Limit: A maximum of 8 people are allowed on or inside the property at any time.

Community Rules: Guests must follow all community regulations displayed inside the house or on the property.

Additional Fees:

Smoking: $200 USD per day if smoking occurs inside the property.

Late Checkout: 30% of the nightly rate for up to 2 extra hours; 60% if exceeding 3 hours.

Lost Keys: $130 USD for key and lock replacement.

Violations: Breach of house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Goodwill Agreement: You agree not to damage the property out of dissatisfaction with Airbnb or host decisions.

Accountability: If house rule violations lead to compensating the next guest, you are responsible for covering those costs.

Number & Type: Up to 2 pets allowed (dogs or cats only), each weighing under 11 kg (24 lbs).

Damage Responsibility: Guests cover any pet-related damages to property, furniture, carpets, walls, or other items.

Cleanliness: Keep pet areas clean at all times. Immediately clean up after your pets.

Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended and should not disturb neighbors.

Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in bedrooms, on upholstered furniture, or in dining areas (if applicable).

Noise & Behavior: Ensure pets do not make excessive noise or display aggressive behavior.

Registration: Pets must be declared at the time of booking. Reservations must reflect the correct number of pets.

Pet Supplies: Bring all necessary pet care items, including food, bowls, and waste bags.

Unreported Pets: If an undeclared or non-compliant pet is found, we may require its removal from the property.

Emergencies: Contact the host immediately in case of pet-related issues.
