Hotel vicino a Little Conch Key - Marathon

“Let me start by saying this property has a potential to be wonderful. The layout and water sports were fantastic. The first night we arrived. The shower was dripping loudly and we had to try to shut the door so we could sleep. We complained at the front desk and they text us a link to say we had to contact maintenance ourselves. The maintenance person did not show up to the next day and all they did was tell us that we had to take the extra handle and lay it on the ground so it wouldn’t drip....

“This place was extra ! The houskeeper left beautiful creations with the towels , everywhere . It made us all smile . Attention to detail was everywhere. They left the best goody bag in all the air bb s we rented . Great location . I’m definitely coming back !”

“The villas were not as described in Expedia. No blackout shades. Don’t plan on sleeping late. Window treatments broken and a lot of light comes through. The golf cart pickup is spotty at best and the villas are a long hot walk from main resort attractions. There was a family of 40 having a photo shoot behind my villa and set up camp there for 4 hours. Sitting on our porch steps as well. Called to complain and security never came. There was poop in the lagoon….i think it came out of babies...

“LA POSIZIONE DIRETTAMENTE SULL ACQUA , permette di tralasciare tutto il resto. Pagato euro 150,— una camera che ne vale la metà della metà . Una pseudo colazione in piedi , chiamarla colazione , non è il caso, acqua calda/caffè/ 4 Dolcini confezionati da quatro soldi.... lasciamo perdere .”

“Appena arrivato mi sono arrabbiato non poco in quanto pur essendi in 3 persone la stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo divano. Difronte alle mie rimostranze mi hanno concesso una seconda stanza. La responsabilitá del disservizio la attribuisco a voi piuttosto che al hotel e comunque non potete vendere un servizio per 3 persone quando poi ce ne stanno 2”
