Hotel vicino a Little Lake Weir - Summerfield

“The facility and our room were very clean and up to date. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.”

“When I arrived at the hotel I was informed my booking wasn’t on their system. After the lady on reception entered the details she said the room wasn’t ready and to come back around an hour later which I did and the standard accidental money was taken from my account which should refunded upon check out. . When I got to the room it was not the room I had booked. I went back down and informed the reception staff that I’d booked a lake view not a car park view. She requested proof which I showed...

“Comfy beds”

“Clean room. Good parking.”

“Motel was convient to our destination Although booked for upper floor I requested a ground floor room Change no problem. The dining area for breakfast top notch. The staff lady in dining area she is a Gem”

“The walls are a bit thin. I could hear my neighbors and all coming and going in the halls. Staff was wonderful all was clean.”

“The young lady that checked us in was fine, however busy looking for what smelled like “burning electrical”… concerning …no smoke so we continued to check in. Getting to to the room…yeah that was a challenge…doorknob up..down…depends on which time you attempted. The lights controlled…..not sure… no switch for the ceiling fan which was probably a blessing in disguise as it was CAKED with dust….using the he bathroom… was concerning would not enter with bare feet as it was that dirty. Paint...

“Sink in bathroom ran all night and could not be shut off. Floor had wet spots on check in and toilet paper that was on the roll was wet”

“Convenient and safe location on the edge of The Villages and breakfast was good. Floors were dirty throughout and my door lock was broken, so had to move all my stuff to another room after I just got unpacked and was not offered any compensation.”

“Clean room great breakfast”

“Rooms were infested with live bed bugs and roaches. Grounds and pool were unclean and dog feces all over property. Property and rooms should not even be available for someone to stay for even 20 minutes. Should be condemned!”

“Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our stay was very disappointing, and the hotel was nothing like the photos advertised. The carpet had holes in it, the TV was hanging sideways on the wall, and the showerhead barely worked. The washing machines took our money, which was frustrating and unacceptable. Breakfast was extremely disappointing as well, with little more than boiled eggs and yogurt. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, the amenities were not up to standard, and the...
