“The hotel is lovely. We arrived to find we had been upgraded from the snug to a double bedroom with a view which was lovely. But disappointed not to have a bath even after an upgrade though. There are a lot of stairs to get anywhere, which was fine but worth noting. There is access to the lake outside via a path and some stairs which is lovely.
The spa was great but as they are doing some work on it the outside bit wasn't available. This was fine as we were alerted to this, but there were also...
