“Booked this hotel specifically for the pool on a weekend. Didn’t open the pool on time due to maintenance and was unable to use the pool at all! I understand that it was busy the day before and they had to ensure levels were safe, but fail to understand why they couldn’t have planned better to do it during a period the pool wasn’t scheduled to be open.
Was pretty disappointed we spent the extra money on something that we couldn’t use and all they could offer was as “sorry about that””

“Really old room that needs an urgent upgrade to be in business.Stinky room,bed sheets, noisy windows AC, hair dryer doesn't work, leaky water tank for toilet seat that start filling itself in every 10 minutes, Angular arch towards washroom, bump my head multiple times as the height clearance is really low on sides and a tall person must go in and out through centre of opening.”

“Great location ! the last room to book without cancellation available and 334$ for basically a sleepover since we could not find a room in cold lake which was our destination … way over priced ! The bad thing about this place is the Elevator sounds like it has a bent shaft??? And could fail at any time … we did use it to get to #4 floor but I would recommend the stairs!”

“The lady at the front counter was friendly and efficient. The room was fairly clean. The TV remote didn’t work so it had to be turned on/off manually. The chain came off the toilet lever so I asked to have it fixed at 8:30am. The young lady at the counter didn’t seem to care, A young man was asleep in one of the chairs near the front counter. We came back that evening at 6:30pm and it still wasn’t fixed so I fixed it myself. A few hrs later someone knocked on the door to have a look at it. This...
