“The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.”

“Overall great experience. For the cost, I’d like to see better toiletries. Also, it would have been nice to know before coming that the hotel has major construction going on. While it didn’t create an awful experience, it was annoying.”

“You had to learn the switches in the room.As far as turning off and turning on things. there should have been a map as to where everything's were. A reminder board about Activities that were happening during the day needed to be available. The lighting could have been better outside at night. It was a nice place. I felt like it took me almost two days to learn the place before I knew where things were. We had to take our luggage to the front at departure even though they told us to call before...

My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused...

“L'hotel è molto bello, classica struttura coloniale di fronte al mare, tutti gli inservienti vestiti di bianco etc. vi deve piacere lo stile. Il mare non è stile caraibi ma mostra molte sfumature sul verde, poca sabbia molto pulito. Le camere sono la parte più bella, tutte vista mare con ampio e comodo letto, bel bagno e pulitissime. Preparatevi, i costi del cibo e delle bevande sono esorbitanti considerando che qualunque cosa ordiniate verrà sottoposta ad un 30% di aumento (tax+service...
