Escape to your dream coastal getaway at this stunning, newly built executive home perched along a peaceful estuary in Little Pond, PEI. Offering direct access to a quiet, sandy beach just steps from your door, this luxury retreat is designed for families or groups seeking comfort, style, and an unforgettable oceanfront experience.

Inside, the open-concept main level is bathed in natural light and showcases thoughtful design and high-end finishes. The beautifully furnished living room invites you to unwind with serene water views as your backdrop. Just beyond, the spacious dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals, lively conversation, and evening board games. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances and everything you need to prepare memorable island-inspired dishes.

This exceptional home features four spacious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The luxurious primary suite offers a king bed and a spa-like ensuite. Spacious, clean, comfortable, modern beach house with exceptionally well–equipped gourmet kitchen.Peaceful/relaxing and oh..that spectacular view!Had a wonderful time with our family of four but could easily accommodate more than twice that many.We especially enjoyed the screened-in decks with the provided binoculars for bird/wildlife watching.Alex was a good host and we would gladly stay there again without hesitation!
