“This property is in good condition other than the adjoining property and parking lot are dilapidated. Staff are friendly with a very well monitored breakfast area keeping tables clean and food stocked. The room was large and comfortable. Location was good for our purposes with convenience food nearby plus it is a couple of minutes from the hospital. ”

“the staff (Ali especially) was so helpful and kind in helping us and being so welcoming to our little 5 month old pup! She stayed in the room for a couple hours without us and we were worried that she would be barking and disturb the residents. “Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile.
L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...
