“When I got there @ 45 mins early I used the bathroom in the lobby and it was immaculate. They let me check in early, room was extremely clean as was the bathroom. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The ac worked great.the water pressure was great and hot water stayed hot. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good.hot waffles, biscuits and hot gravy, bagels, Danish, coffee, oj cranberry juice. A great value for the price. I'll def return when I'm back in the area.”

“I just experienced a lovely stay at Comfort suites, the room was very comfortable, the bed was like floating on a cloud, the staff were very friendly accommodating, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend staying there, also close to Rt 84 easy access”

“Walked into room saw a centipede the size of a baseball walking around, bunch of smears and weird marks on the headboards of the bed, had to fiddle around with the A/C for 10 minutes to get it to work.”

“The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

“The building was under renovation, so it was a bit of a mess, but it needs the renovation…the lobby is cozy and fine, but the hallways are so dark, I felt like I was in a horror movie. The sink in my room wouldn’t drain and there was body hair all over the bathroom floor, like someone manscaped and the staff didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom, which made me wonder what else they didn’t clean? “The first room smelled like a wet locker room. The next room was clean and the A/C was good. However, the next day we were out of our room from 10 am to 530 pm and expected the room to have been cleaned. It wasn’t. I called the front desk from the room phone twice and the person couldn’t hear me at all - which meant the phone didn’t work.
