“Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed.”

“I booked a sea view room. Stunning views over the Promenade. Look, it’s a very old hotel, so maintenance is needed constantly. Creaking floor boards and dated corridors. That comes with the territory. My room was superb, clean and bright. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast (12.50) if a walk in. Piping hot, good selection, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, nice and quiet, very helpful reception staff.”

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock.
