“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

“Property was beautiful. Could have used grass cutting in the garden. There’s absolutely no cellular connection so just have offline maps downloaded that would be helpful. But location is absolutely beautiful”

“We would stay again! The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony overlooking Mirror Lake and Main Street. Location is excellent and walking distance to shopping and dining. Another exciting amenity was complimentary watercrafts. However this amenity was available for a few weeks, so couldn’t use it yet. This was disappointing. The staff was friendly and Available when help was needed. Overall I recommend this resort.”

“Great location, is close to the street that has many restaurants and other stores. Is close to a super market as well. The room was great as well, enough space and confortable. I will improve breakfast”

“The room was ok. There was too much furniture in the room for its size. The pillows are like 12in thick and the mattresses dont have protective covers on them just the bottom sheet. The sheets had some staims on them. ”

“When I booked it with Expedia, it said restaurant on site and pool with hot tub and pool. The restaurant was non existent. There were advertisements in the elevators for it. When my husband went to use the hot tub for his back, which is why I booked this hotel, it is all torn apart. The pool area is a MESS!!!!! If you are going to stay here this summer, I would NIOT!”
