“The hotel charged me an additional $3 because they had to issue me a new key card because I had left it in my room. That’s as petty as it gets, especially since I returned the card to them upon checkout. Talk about poor customer service.”

“Well, we were very surprised that the pool was not open during our visit. And it was actually smaller than the picture perceived it to be. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. It was very simple and not very good. Probably won’t stay here again sorry.”
