“Susie’s place worked great for our stay in Ft. Collins. It’s conveniently located to Old Town, so it’s a short walk for dining and shopping. The access to the Poudre River Trail system is excellent. If you intend to do much cooking, kitchen supplies are limited. It wasn’t an issue with us, as there are a lot of good restaurants in Old Town. Susie was an excellent host, quick to respond if we needed anything. ”

“Negatives: had to buy toilet paper, tissue. 3 people and two hand, face towels. No kitchen hand towel. Positive: nice beds, tv, location. Nice stay, basically equipped.”

“The property was just as described/pictured. It is on the backside of the main house and can be accessed through the alleyway that runs parallel to the primary house’s main street. Be on the lookout for that as we made the mistake of not using the alley initially. It was small, definitely wouldn’t be comfortable for more than two people, but clean and well appointed. The water pressure and temperature were amazing and it was centrally located without being too busy.”

“This house on mountain was wonderful. Loved sitting and drinking my coffee on the couch looking out at the street in the morning. We walked everywhere. So close to trail and old town with all the shops and restaurants. If we are ever back in Fort Collins we will definitely stay here.”

“Wonderful, very reasonably priced place to stay. The house is broken into 8 studio units so the only space you "share" is the laundry/ice room, hallway, and there are multiple decks to hang out on. Still, very private, and hardly ran into anyone. Super easy check in/out. Very clean. Stocked w everything you might need, especially if you want to cook or grill. I hate to leave a good review bc I'd like to keep this place a secret, but in essence of good Karma, don't miss this great place,...

“We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.”
