We are sorry that your experience was not very pleasant. We would like to specify that the high price was becuase you reserved a double room (for 2 people) despite being alone. The website specifies various room types (single, double, triple and suite) with different prices and descriptions of the services included. The sauna is only included in some room types but can be used for a small charge if not included in the room price. If you often travel alone, we recommend you ask directly the hotel about prices and rooms available. Very often you will have more choice and often you save money ;)
