“Great Buffet breakfast options, and the property is distinctive with a nice garden, pond, and gazebo between the buildings. The only problem we ran into was not having an elevator, but with only two floors in our building, it wasn't too big a problem. One thing to note - the property is built on a hill-side, which can make the parking lot a little hard to navigate.”

“Photos of this hotel on Expedia don’t actually represent the poor conditions of the rooms or the hotel. Stayed for four days (we just slept and left as soon as we woke up) no one ever cleaned our room. Door did not lock properly, evidence that it had been kicked open was obvious, bathroom had one light bulb out of four, the other three were missing. Trash was left in the refrigerator from previous customer. Musty odor, dirty carpets, I can go on but I think you get the picture. If you need to...

“This is a pleasant place to stay—everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The pretty courtyard in the center is a nice place to gather with friends and family. Their own bar/restaurant is staffed by friendly people, and it’s just across a small parking lot to a great bagel shop, a Starbucks, Chinese food, and a renown pizza restaurant, making it hard to decide what to eat while staying there. “The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger..”

“Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the omelettes were delicious. Indoor pool was a little cold. Parking was a bit expensive at $17/day compared to other nearby properties that didn’t charge. Would consider staying again if priced similarly to nearby hotels.”

“I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”
