“I have to say this was my first stay at a property where I had to plunge my own toilet. We got to the room and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. When we told the front desk guy he said he would be up in a bit with a plunger. We thought he would plunge it, but no, he left it outside the door with a bag and glove. He left it at the wrong door and my fella had to go retrieve it several doos down. We opened our curtains to look at the beautiful Montana scenery and there were greasy kiddo hand...
