Clean, simple room with everything we needed. Was unclear which entrance was ours but nice lady welcomed us and let us know. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, comfy bed and appreciated the fridge and coffee maker. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little getaway! We didn't get a chance to meet our hosts so we didn't find out where the sauna was hidden: we were a bit excited to be able to take advantage of that advertised perk but were a bit disappointed when that seemed to be in a part of the building not accessible from the room. Otherwise the room was comfortable and just what we needed for a one-night stay.

Everything was very clean and neat. The host had all the amenities we were looking for. Loved that the fridge had enough freezer space for the ice packs for our cooler. Downside was the small room itself. For two people who are traveling a distance with a little extra baggage and a cooler to have meals from, we were very tight. Quiet room and neighbors overall.

Great overnight spot in Livingston

The space is small, but exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The owners contacted us well in advance with checkin information, it was very easy to find, the space was super clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood and stay were super quiet. Would happily stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this VRBO. The detail and cleanliness of the room is better than many other locations. The room is set up well and we had plenty of room for us and a newborn to stay.

My only complaint was no air conditioning. I never occurred to me that it wouldn't have it. They did provide 2 fans but the temps were in the mid 90s. It was miserable sleeping. Otherwise, it's a tiny but very clean and comfortable place.

Quiet, cozy

Easily found, short drive to coffee shops and restaurants in downtown area. Perfect for a singleton-- would be tight quarters for 2 people IMO especially if with much stuff.Quiet neighborhood and all the amenities.Beautiful mountain view and table and chairs outside to sit, drink coffee and enjoy .

Great little place

I booked this as a drop point for me to stay on a fishing trip. It was a perfect spot for me and what I needed. Very clean, very responsive owner and easy to get into. It is small but I didn’t mind the size at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation

We found that this spot had everything we needed, and that the owner had thought of various little details that made our stay even better. Very clean. The setting outside wasn’t as rural as we thought it might be, but it was okay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect accommodation for me and my dogs for a weekend away. It was studio sized but had everything I needed including a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and gorgeous views from the front porch. Short drive to restaurants. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Livingston.
