For those seeking outdoor adventures, our hideaway is conveniently located just minutes from Yellowstone River access, Chico Hot Springs, Sage Lodge, and the Old Saloon. Great house for a group

I bring a group to this area of Montana every year to volunteer at the rodeo in Livingston. This was our favorite house of all the ones we’ve ever stayed at. The downstairs and the kitchen are perfect for group meals and recreation time, and the bedrooms upstairs were excellent. Each bed was extremely comfortable and the view was amazing.If you have a group of 10 this is the perfect place to stay.

Sunset Grove for the win!

Sunset Grove was exactly what our family needed as our vacation came to a close—extremely clean, spacious, uncluttered, ample amount of linens/blankets/towels, unbelievable views! We traveled as a larger group and the open space the kitchen/dining/living room offered was outstanding! Cooking together, playing cards at the table, moving around the concrete patio to wherever the breeze was for our HH, large counter for kids to color. Enjoyed visiting Chico Hot Springs (trail rides & swimming), hiking Pine Creek trail and hitting up the Old Saloon for live music—all of which we did with little kids!!! Thank you Chris & Jodina for hosting us, and for going the extra mile too!!!

Perfect getaway for our family

This is a beautifully constructed cabin in a picturesque location. It was perfect for our family. We have 3 young children and it had everything we needed. Well maintained, very clean and amazing views. Check in process and communication was also on point. We would stay here again!

This house is why they call it Paradise Valley!

My friends and I rented this house for two nights and we were kicking ourselves at check out for not staying longer. The location is amazing if you are planning to explore Yellowstone - it’s on the main road to the north entrance of the park, only about 40-45 min to Gardiner. The hosts, Jodina and Chris, were so nice and always answered messages very quickly! Their home was spotless and welcoming, very cozy - but had tons of room for everyone in our group. Could not have asked for a better place to stay near Bozeman and Yellowstone. You simply cannot capture the beauty the home offers in Paradise Valley. Between the mountains and the home itself it truly is paradise. You will not want to leave! I will be back!
