Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the small village of Muntić in the Istrian region in this wonderful villa with three apartments, each offering privacy and comfort for relaxation.

Here you will find an indoor gym and a sauna for relaxation, as well as a playground for children. Two apartments of the villa have 1 bedroom each, while the third apartment has 2 bedrooms, making a total of 4 bedrooms. Each apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is also available to guests.

The villa is proud of its spacious, fenced yard of 2000m2, which is adorned with a swimming pool, ideal for refreshment and outdoor enjoyment. There is also a gazebo for relaxing in the shade. A charming summer kitchen with a view of the pool and yard, as well as a grill for preparing delicious meals, make your stay even more pleasant. The large terrace comfortably accommodates 10 people, providing the perfect place to relax.

In the courtyard of the villa there is a volleyball court for fun outdoor sports activities, as well as table tennis for additional fun. In the tavern of the villa there is a pool table, perfect for evening fun. The plot is completely fenced, providing privacy and security, and there are also three parking spaces for your vehicle. If you need some basic necessities, the mini market is only a minute's walk from the house. For larger purchases, larger super markets are 10 km away, as is the city of Pula with numerous attractions. Pets are welcome.

The house is located in a small rural area. The sourrounding is very quiet. You have a little shop there and the other shops like Lidl, Kaufland etc. are 10min drive away. Also to Pula center and the beaches around you only need 20min drive. The house itself is a dream. All climatized, clean and spacious as you find it in the description. We enjoyed the big pool, volleyball, table tennis, billiard, fitness equipment and the many possibilities to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is great, also the outdoor shower an possibility to sit and eat with 10 people together outdoor. With little kids you would also have a wonderful small playground. Washing machine is great. Matea warmly welcomed us with some prepared food and was always there when we needed help or had a question. The pool was cleaned two times the week. The onlly thing you need to know is that you have lots of mosiquitos which I guess is normal for the area. So from the first moment till the end it was a relaxing holiday and we can highly reccomend the house!

Wir waren im Juni für 10 Tage in der Villa. 8 Erwachsenen,2 Kinder. Der Austausch mit Nela war immer freundlich und es kam auch promt eine Antwort.Die Einweisung in die Villa erfolgte auf deutsch. Die Lage war für uns ideal,man hatte nie weit zu diversen Ausflugs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(lidl und kaufland ca 10 mins und pula ca 15-20) Zur Austattung: es gab 2 seperate Wohnungen mit Schlafzimmer, Bad und kleiner Küche. Dann gab es noch eine große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern (je ein Doppelbett) und in beiden Zimmern eine Schlafcouch.An sich viel Platz aber mit 10 Personen wie angeboten(5 Paaren)unsrer Ansicht nach nicht möglich, da eigentlich ein weiteres Zimmer fehlt.Die Schlafcouchen kann man kaum als Schlafmöglichkeit zählen. Drausen der Pool war von der Größe her genau richtig. Er wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinig. Auch die Poollouge wurde von uns jeden Abend ausgiebig genutzt zum gemütlichen beisammensitzen.Mit Blick auf den beleuchteten Pool nur zu empfehlen.Die Outdoorküche war ein Highlight.Sie wurde ausschließlich benutzt,da der Ofen in der großen Wohnung nicht zuverlässig war.Auch der überdachte Essensbereich war super.Ebenso das Billardzimmer. Nun zu den etwas negativen Sachen:Die Einrichtung war augenscheinlich etwas älter.(Etwas Schimmel in einer Dusche)Einige Gegenstände wurden defekt und mussten repariert werden.Das Whirpoolhaus wurde jeden Tag gereinigt die Villa nicht einmal.Im großen und ganzen für uns ein gelungener Urlaub

Waren mit unserer Familie, Kinder und Enkelkinder in dem Ferienhaus. Wir waren alle begeistert. Es wurde nicht zuviel versprochen. Nella ist die gute Seele des Anwesens. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein sehr schönes Quartier. Nela ist sehr freundlich und kümnert sich sofort um jedes kleine Problem. Der Pool und Garten ist ein Traum. Stran in vazana ist sehr schön. Rund um ein sehr gelungener Familienurlaub

Auch wenn das Ferienhaus in einem kleinen Dorf auf dem Land liegt, ist man doch schnell bei diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen (Pula 10min, Sandstrand Medulin 20min, Porec ca. 1h15min, Rijeka 1h30min, Rovinji 45min). Das Haus selber bietet sich in erster Linie für eine Gesamtnutzung mit Familie oder Freunden an. Denn der Außenessplatz und Sommerküche wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Ebenso der Pool und das Poolhaus. Die Wohnungen selbst sind gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Auch der Empfang war herzlich. Die Vermieterin spricht deutsch und es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vor allem auch da mit dem großen Aufenthaltsraum inkl. Billard und dem Poolhaus mit beheiztem Whirlpool und Sauna für Schlecht-Wetter-Tage vorgesorgt ist. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und das ganze Objekt mit Grundstück ist großflächig angelegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die nächsten großen Orte sind nur einen „Katzensprung“ entfernt.

Wir waren 10 Personen und das Haus war für uns ideal. Die meiste Zeit des Tages haben wir draußen verbraucht, draußen gekocht und im Pool geschwommen. Ein paar Tage haben wir nur auf dem Grundstück verbracht, da es so schön weitläufig ist und jeder hier eine Beschäftigung fand. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene (2 Omas), 2 Teenager und 2 Kinder. Der Billiardraum wurde durchgehend belegt :-) Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter, bis auf einen Regentag, den wir mit Jacuzzi und Sauna verbracht haben. Vesna und Boris sind tolle Vermieter und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen, vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub, wir kommen wieder und können euch zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Die Beschreibung hat nicht zu wenig versprochen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, und auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthalts konnte man einfach fragen. Die drei Wohnungen haben alle eine Küche, aber wir haben ausschließlich in der Außenküche gekocht, mit Ausblick auf das Gelände und den Pool. Dieser wurde zweimal in der Woche gereinigt und war immer sauber. Das kleine Spa-Haus war auch super und wurde täglich gereinigt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Der Empfang war wunderschön. Solche netten Vermieter mit einem solchen Empfang hatten wir bisher noch nie. Es kam direkt Urlaubsstimmung auf. Das Mietobjekt war sehr gepflegt, der Pool wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt, der Jacuzzi sogar jeden Tag. Die Vermieterin war immer direkt vor Ort wenn etwas war. Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Danke für alles.

Das Haus ist wierklich einfach super! Dort gibts alles was man für den guten Aufenthalt brauchst. Alle Wohnungen haben Klamaanlagen, was bei der Hitze sehr angenehm macht. Die Vermieterin ist supper nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben dort uns wie zuhause gfühlt. Wir kommen bestimt näcksten Jahr wieder.

Das Haus ist super und hat alles, was man braucht, um sich draußen zu bewegen. Top ist hier auch die Außenküche und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Aber auch bei Regentagen konnten wir uns im Spiel-und Billiardzimmer gut aufhalten. Ein großes Lob geht an die Gastgeber, die einfach zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich waren. Danke für die herzliche Begrüßung und die tollen Tipps. Die Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Es war eine sehr sehr schöne Urlaubswoche. Das Anwesen ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für jeden egal ob jung oder alt die ideale Unterkunft. Der Ort ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch und doch ist man sehr zentral zu Pula oder Medulin. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Gastgeberin Vesna, die man mit Ihrer herzlichen Art und ihren Köstlichkeiten sofort ins Herz schließt. 🥰Dankeschön 🥰

Also mitte August waren wir 7 Erwachsenen und 2 kids da,also der Villa ist schön,die Vermieterin super lieb ,nichts gegen die Vermieterin, aber die 2 kleinere wohnungen sind überhaupt nicht richtig Sauber,es waren voll mit kleine insekten,Spienen,Karkalaken,eigentlich nicht angenehm,.leider sogar 2 mal am abend haben wir 2 kleine Skorpion gefunden in Zimmern,am Abend viele viele insekten,fliegen,mücken,und am Tag viele wespen,also es ist nicht angenehm. Die Umgebung überhaupt nicht interessant, stadt Pula in 10 km erreichbar, und strand ist wirklich nicht nah,zwischen 18 bis 20 Km. Aber der Pool ist schön ,sauber,Sauna auch okey,Die Vermieterin super lieb und freundlich, aber da viele kleine Tiere/Insekten mit kinder und auch Erwachsenen wirklich nicht angenehm. Trotzdem wünsche allen da dort fahren schönen Urlaub

Waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal dort und es war wieder perfekt! Wurden herzlichst begrüßt, alles sauber und ordentlich und die Villa + Gastgeber lassen keine Wünsche offen. Reibungsloser Ablauf und Kontakt trotz schwieriger Corona-Situation im Vorhinein. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, kommen sicher mal wieder!

Wir haben gemeinsam mit Freunden(4 Erwachsene/4 Kinder) unseren Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus, der Pool, die Outdoor-Küche und auch sonst alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Im Haus nebenan wohnt die Mutter des Vermieters und sie war sehr hilfsbereit und auch sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder zurück. Auch die nähe zu Pula, Medulin(15 Min. mit dem Auto) oder dem sehr schönen Strand in Fazana ist perfekt.

This villa has amazing facilities with enough to entertain whatever the weather. It also has loads of space to escape each other and the hosts are friendly and can not do enough to help. We turned up with a flat battery and they organised a mechanic the same day. Only downsides are the mossies and the eclectic layout. Works well if you are aware it is three separate apartments and that works for your family. Not so great if you want to be in the same area as more than two kids.

July 2019, our family of 7, visit this fantastic place. The landlady was very friendly and very helpful. She even drove us to the airport the day after our arrival, when we had to pick up our rental cars (the office was closed upon our arrival). She does not understand English, but speaks a little German. It is preferable to rent a car, since there is nothing within walking distance. The house is about 5 min. from Pula airport. Grocery shopping is about 10 min. away, where you will find both a big Lidl and Konzum. The house was clean and well furnished. There was the opportunity to cook both inside and outside. The house is divided into 3 sections, all with kitchen and toilet, which is great if you travel with a large family. Especially the pool, eating and the garden areas was perfect. The town, Pula is not that big and therefore easy to overcome. A trip to the island of Brijuni is worth a visit. Remember to bring mosquito spray.

Die Villa ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern. Mehr als genug Platz für 8-10 Personen, sehr sehr nette Vermieter (die Frau spricht auch deutsch), die sich täglich um die Sauberkeit des Whirlpools und des gesamten Wellnessbereichs kümmern. Pool wird 2x die Woche gereinigt. Alles vor Ort, was das Herz begehrt und Vermieter sind bei Fragen oder "Problemen" sofort zur Stelle und kümmern sich darum (z.B. ist Heizung des Whirlpools ist ausgefallen und wurde sofort am nächsten Tag wieder repariert). Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen und definitiv gern wieder einmal.
