We would describe Villa Istria Deluxe I in three words: sleek, stylish and sophisticated. Completed last year, its an architectural marvel with its striking square design that gives off modern luxe. The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in and illuminate the whole home with warm, glowing Croatian sunshine. Spanning two floors, the interiors will leave you speechless with a chic design that is out of the world. The mono-volume living area is styled to the highest standard, with minimalist decor, a dark colour scheme and contemporary furnishings that add to the overall panache. This neighbours the dining and kitchen area, uniquely fitted with bright red cabinetry and glossy countertops. Across the home you'll find four spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms adjoined.

The outside is overflowing with tranquillity, with a beautiful palm-tree-lined garden and terrace made for relaxing. The unique infinity pool is something else, with an open glass underwater wall where you can snap some underwater shots. Melt away the stress with a cocktail or two on one of the sun loungers either by the poolside or on the first-floor balcony. There's nothing better than enjoying dinner in the warmth, especially at the alfresco dining set up where you can chill with a glass of fizz and fire up the barbecue. For an added surprise, there's even a table tennis set perfect for family game night.
