The house is 60 square meters and offers a homely and functional layout with two living rooms, in one living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as an atmospheric fireplace that makes the evenings extra cozy. a toilet with shower and a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Kitchen where you can easily prepare your own meals and dining table in one living room. On the plot there is also a guest cottage with a sofa bed for 2 people.



From the glass-enclosed terrace you have a view of the lake that borders directly on the plot. Here you can sit all year round and enjoy nature regardless of the weather. Out on the plot you have access to a private jetty and a boat that is included in the rent, perfect for a relaxing moment out on the water.



Ljungbyhed is an idyllic place in the heart of Skåne, surrounded by lush nature and close to several well-known excursion destinations.

Just a short drive away is Söderåsens National Park, one of Skåne's most popular natural areas, with deep ravines, high beech forests and hiking trails for both beginners and experienced hikers. In Skäralid you can experience fantastic nature and fantastic views.

Ljungbyheds Golf Club offers a relaxing round of golf in beautiful surroundings.

If you like history, you can go to Ljungbyhed's military museum and if you want a day at the beach, you can visit one of Skåne's beautiful beaches such as Råå Vallar.
