“We gor a great welcome form Huw and Jon. The evening meal and the breakfast were perfect absolutely no complaints. Our room was ideal for what we needed and it was comfortable. Only one tiny issue the plug in the sink doesn't fit properly so water is not retained long enough for shaving for example. Everything else was perfect so we were very happy and would definitely stay again.”

Baby gates for safety and literally everything you could think of needing for a child was there even something simple like a calpol syringe! “I booked my stay with breakfast included. However, when I arrived for breakfast on the morning, I was told that only a continental breakfast was included, and that I would have to pay extra for a full breakfast. This was very misleading, as one of the main reasons I booked this stay was because I believed breakfast was included as stated in the booking. The booking information did not clearly state that only a continental breakfast was provided. Although the staff apologised, I was still charged...
