“The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down. We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating as we booked this cabin over an alternative due to the kitchen. The crockery/cutlery/cookware were dirty. “For the price point you can’t go wrong . Parking is hit and miss ( random weekday was no problem ) but need to arrive close to check in or super late for a parking space on site. Lots of parking options nearby though ( Frankwell ) . Easy to check in at bar and the rooms are clean and well stocked ( tea tray / water / soap and towels ) Really homely feel and super friendly. If you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs as you can hear the kitchen staff ( busy restaurant downstairs ) late into the...
