"Room was a good size and was nice and clean (as was the rest of the hotel). The facilities were OK, but the whole hotel feels very tired and dated and not really what I’d expect from a 5 star. "It was impossible to get service in the bar and when eventually I got a waitress they had stopped serving meals and just had sandwiches. They also charge £15 for up to 12 hours in the outside car park."
