Precious modern villa with private pool and sea view located in a residential area 2 km from the centre and Lloret de Mar beach, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 9 people.

Outdoor area with private pool and jacuzzi, a covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals with built-in oven and barbecue.

Interior area of 210m2 distributed over two floors. On the upper floor, at street level, we find 3 suites (double bed and bathroom with shower in each) one of them has a terrace with sea view, 1 room with single bed and another complete bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor we find another suite (double bed and shower) with access to the terrace; a spacious living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).

Regulations and special deposit for young people:



A cash deposit of €150/person per house must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
