“I booked this hotel for my dad and uncle, they said it was satisfactory, and the continental breakfast was great.”

“The staff did an amazing job at check in and check out, there was one gal that wasn’t very helpful. I was getting to the front desk to ask her to call me a cab and she saw me and said I’ll be right back and continued to walk away and go on the elevator. But other then that it was a great experience and I will stay at this hotel again for the future!”

“Appreciated the convenience to where it was located,enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and roomy but other people staying there obviosly walked into building and our floor hallway from elevator with work boots and tracked dry mud!”

“The rooms had some of the most comfortable beds I've enjoyed in a long time. If I had a complaint, it'd be that the exterior door of my room didn't latch without a bit of extra force. I managed to go the whole night with the door not being latched until 7:40 am when the door itself opened a bit. Also, as I think of it, it took far too long (around 25 minutes with only one person being ahead of us) to get checked in, even having paid in advance. As well, I thought that the 'to go' option for...

“Hotel is dirty. Bed frame was broken, giving a huge sag in part of it. Hotel was under construction. Room locks hardly work with the key card. Ac did not work well. Bathrooms by pool area were disgusting. Was there for a wedding, ballroom booked for wedding over a year ago, was under construction and could not be used. Supplied bar tender for event was abysmal.”
