Il mio giudizio complessivo è buono
giudizio sul personale è buono ma non ottimo, per i seguenti motivi:
il personale della reception impeccabile check-in e check-out, ma il personale che serviva le colazioni ha un comportamento freddo, mai un sorriso, quasi scocciata, ma fa parte del carattere tedesco, sembrano arrabbiati anche quando non lo sono.
le condizioni dell'hotel sono buone, anche i servizi, ampio...

Zimmer sind sehr gross, modern, sauber. Ich hatte Probleme meinen Schlüssel zu bekommen, aber nach einem Anruf war der Besitzer in paar Minuten da und hat geholfen, den Schlüssel von den Automat zu bekommen. Im Zimmer waren Getränke und kleine Snacks inkl. Netflix zur Verfügung! ”

“Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung gewesen. Sie ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Die Familie Savidis ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war rundum eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen und auf diese tolle Wohnung zurückgreifen. “Super spacious, centrally located and newly renovated apartment, right at the central market place. All sights of interest of Bad Urach in easy walking distance. Parking either park house or other paid parking right at the market place. Check in was excellent and super friendly and helpful !! Highly recommended and our sincere thanks to the hosts !!”

Very clean, excellent shower, and newly redone. We stayed in May, hiked during the mornings, and then relaxed in the afternoon/evenings in this gem of a town.
