“Staff was horrible. No or wrong info and knocking on the door in the middle of the night for no reason. ( the guy didn’t answer when asked ).”

“We stayed only one night therefore my opinion can be partial. The building is old and some parts should probably be renewed (elevator first!) but well kept in general. The room rather small but clean. WiFi is probably underdimensioned as I could not connect despite of the good signal, fortunately personel (all very kind) provided an alternative network. “The staff at the Crinan was extremely helpful. Our flight delays had us getting there well after midnight and staff was ready to get us checked in and settled as soon as we arrived. I wish that we had more time to spend exploring the local area. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the coffee shop is an added bonus. Our room was perfect and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Definitely reccommend staying at the hotel!”

Il check in è legato agli orari di quest'ultimo, ma noi abbiamo avvisato del ritardo e sono venuti a consegnarci le chiavi senza problemi. La camera era molto grande e accogliente.
