“Lovely please. We checked in late but we had all the instructions left out for us and then a lady came to find us to tell us what was what. The rooms were very comfortable, lots of tea and coffee. And then the bonus, there was a shared area where they had free tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice, cereals. All for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again, we will be staying here. Fantastic place ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A nice trolley was in room with coffe, tea facilities and jelly beans and biscuits. Se si sta più di una notte non vengono fatte le pulizie in camera, non c'è un frigobar con delle boccette d'acqua nelle stanze, e se vuoi l'acqua la devi pagare a parte. Anche la colazione è davvero molto povera per quello che uno paga. Sinceramente non ci tornerei.”

“Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”
“The room and bathroom (2 adults, 2 kids) were quite spacious and very clean. Water pressure was excellent. comfortable bed. Hands down, the thing we loved most were the two gentlemen staff/bar tenders in the main floor bar. I mentioned to the first one that I just wanted to see highland cows- he called up a friend and sent us down the street to a local farm for an up-close.
