“They rebooked us in another hotel due to overbooking, but we could leave the car in the hotel parking,
The girls at the reception were too busy chatting with eachother and did not give us any useful information about how to register the car sign. We managed by ourselves using google and AI, otherwise if we followed their "advice" we would have to pay a huge fee.
At least one adult at the reception is needed do the job properly.”
