“Only 1 person at desk for busy check in. Dining room staff very junior and inexperienced. Ringing orders for pick up from kitchen ruined any enjoyment. Ate 2 main meals.
Asked to have cab in morning and it was 15mins late.
Elevator was slow and not always working.”

“Unfortunately it was not an enjoyable stay and the staff were not interested.
The beds were clean but that was about it. Windows, wall skirting, ceilings all dirty, stained and lots of cobwebs.
Breakfast was okay.
We have no water pressure so the shower went cold very quickly. Then would be warm again one there was a bit of pressure. On the second day we had no water at all because they were "watering the potatoes" so they stopped and repressurised the boiler!
We were on the second floor.
