The beaches are nearby (5 minutes on foot) for swimming, walks and rock pooling sessions. If you also wish to enjoy the house, it has everything you need to relax: you will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace, the sauna and heated swimming pool will allow you a relaxing time, you can challenge each other around the table tennis or table football, and the enclosed and tree-lined garden will allow you to sunbathe. Then, in the evening, you will enjoy preparing and savouring good grilled food.



In winter, the house remains just as welcoming! The heated swimming pool is available all year round, allowing you to enjoy the pleasures of swimming even in cold weather. After a relaxation session in the sauna, warm yourself up in the lounge with a nice fireplace fire. The communicating hatch between the lounge and the dining room will make your evenings even more convivial and pleasant, perfect for moments with family or friends.



Inside, the living space, which is long and narrow, offers you a lounge where you can gather to chat or take a television break. Next, the dining room is ideal for family gatherings. The lounge and dining room have an insert that communicates between the two rooms, allowing you to enjoy these moments of sharing accompanied by a fireplace. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped. It includes an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.



When tiredness sets in, you will be able to rest in one of the 4 bedrooms in the house. The first is located on the ground floor with its two single beds that can be pushed together, whilst on the upper floor, 3 bedrooms await you, all with sloped ceilings and blue touches reminiscent of the seaside. Two of them have a queen size bed and will therefore be perfect for couples, one of them is also equipped with a desk, whilst the last one has two single beds that can be brought together as well as a sofa bed (120) and a desk. You will also find two bathrooms, the first on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor.



For even more convenience, the house has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a barbecue, a high chair, a travel cot, a baby bath, a Hi-fi system with Bluetooth receiver, board games, games such as a basketball hoop and a football goal. Two terraces are available and the large garden has 2 independent accesses allowing you to park 4 cars.



The wellness area is locked and has a sauna for 5/6 people, a heated swimming pool available all year round, sun loungers, an elliptical bike, a stationary bike and a bright lounge area ideal for evenings.
