Indoor swimming pool - sauna for 9 at Loctudy

This house for 9 people, offering a holiday atmosphere, will be the ideal place for your stay in Loctudy with family or friends! The beaches are nearby (5 minutes walk) for swimming, walks and rock pooling. If you also want to enjoy the house, it has everything to help you relax: you will appreciate having breakfast on the terrace, the sauna and heated pool will allow you a relaxing moment, you can challenge each other around the ping-pong table or table football, and the enclosed and tree-lined garden will allow you to sunbathe. Then, when evening comes, you will enjoy preparing and savouring good grilled dishes.

In winter, the house remains just as welcoming! The heated swimming pool is available all year round, allowing you to enjoy swimming pleasures even in cold weather. After a relaxation session in the sauna, warm up in the living room with a good fireplace. The communicating insert between the living room and dining room will make your evenings even more convivial and pleasant, perfect for family or friends moments.

Inside, the living area, elongated in shape, offers a lounge where you can gather to chat or take a television break. Then, the dining room is ideal for family gatherings. The lounge and dining room have an insert that communicates between the two rooms, thus allowing you to enjoy these shared moments accompanied by a fireplace. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped. It includes an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.

When fatigue sets in, you can go and rest in one of the 4 rooms in the house. The first is on the ground floor with two single beds that can be pushed together, while upstairs, 3 rooms await you, all with attic-style roofs and blue touches reminiscent of the seaside. Two of them have a queen-size bed and will therefore be perfect for couples, one of them is also equipped with a desk, while the last one has two single beds that can be brought together as well as a sofa bed (120) and a desk. You will also find two bathrooms, the first on the ground floor and the second upstairs.

For even more convenience, the house has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a barbecue, a high chair, a travel cot, a baby bathtub, a hi-fi system with Bluetooth receiver, board games, games such as a basketball hoop and a football goal. Two terraces are available and the large garden has 2 independent accesses allowing parking for 4 cars.

The wellness area is locked, and has a sauna for 5/6 people, a heated swimming pool available all year round, sun loungers, an elliptical bike, an exercise bike and a bright lounge area ideal for the end of the day.

Loved it, was perfect for what we wanted to do. Swimming pool was great for the kids and we had so much space. Short walk to the beach with a great little creperie around the corner. Claire the concierge was lovely and very helpful
