The property, a former farm, is about 7km from Loftahammar in the Västerviks municipality right in the Baltic Sea skerries. It is on the north-east coast of Småland near Västervik and Loftahammar, a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. The 10,000m² meadow site on the edge of the forest also has the owner’s villa and a little holiday house. It has its own terrace, which cannot be looked into directly by the owner’s villa and the neighbouring house, with garden furniture and a grill, for sitting and relaxing with a wonderful view of the forest and meadow. Therefore a total of seven people can be accommodated. The private bay by Horsö Brygga has a new and private mooring for the use of all guests. The property has its own ca. 1.5km stretch of coast and fishing rights. It is about an 800-metre walk along a path to the boat harbour, or along a country road. Fishing is permitted from the coast by boat without a fishing permit. Fishing or leisure boats can be hired from the owners for trips into the skerries. The forest if full of mushrooms and berries in season.
