Other things to note

♿ Accessibility: We have a step-free front entrance, 36"wide doorways, and a step-free shower with grab bars in Bedroom #2 — happy to answer any specific questions about mobility needs before you book.

Our driveway is gravel with ample parking for several cars, plus a free EV hookup at no charge.
