“The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But the fridge was not working and several items including our deli meat and cheese had to be thrown away. Toilet also needed maintenance as it would not flush. I addressed the issues upon checkout and did not receive an apology. It appeared they were short staffed. And the lady at the front only said “I’ll have to check with my manager”.”

“When I went to open a new roll of toilet paper, and stuck my hand in the end to remove the paper, I felt something and pulled it out. It was a razor blade that was not new. Luckily I did not get cut. Called the cops. They said they’ve been out there many times due to drug use, etc…”
