When it's time to call it a night, you'll find five cozy bedrooms here including one easily-accessed room with a king-size bed adjacent to the kitchen, two rooms with side-by-side queens, a fourth room with a double, and a kid-friendly bunk room on the top floor with three twin-over-double bunkbeds, a flatscreen TV, large walk-in closet, and a foosball table.

This wonderful home is located about a mile-and-a-half from the heart of Garden City, providing guests with fantastic and easy access to lakefront beaches, casual eateries, and recreational outfitters. Begin summer mornings at the Bear Lake State Park Marina two-and-a-half miles north, and pass the sparkling winter months on the slopes of Beaver Mountain Ski Area only 14 miles west. This is also the perfect year-round vacation spot to enjoy amazing snowmobiling and ATV trails found throughout the Garden City area and up into Idaho.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
