“The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. “The pool is shut down permemantly now, and the ice machine on the 4th floor is broken. Wouldn't recommend staying while they have parties with people not staying in the hotel. But the beds were very clean & no bugs. The young lady at the desk on Saturday was very helpful when I left my energy drink in the room after we left.”

“Staff at check in were friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was barely warm and bland. Pool was drained with no communication of pool not being available prior to arrival. Hotel should have been prepared for large crowd since it was one of the required hotels for a stay to play athletic event.”
