I was expecting much better for what I paid. We had to wait more than 1 hour after we have ordered to receive our meal at the restaurant. All the waiters and the other employees were wearing just a plastic face shield without any other face mask or PPE. Many guests weren't wearing any face mask in the common areas and nobody wasn't there to call them to the rules.

L'albergo è molto grande e attrezzato, camera molto confortevole, discreto ristorante, spa più che soddisfacente. Molto discutibile invece la tenuta degli spazi comuni, in particolare i lunghissimi corridoi, cupi, male illuminati e con un'odore terribile, a dir poco di mensa ospedaliera, in ampi tratti. Probabilmente il collocamento delle stanze più belle, delle cucine e dei ristoranti sullo stesso piano non aiuta la ventilazione delle aree, e soprattutto le moquette non appaiono proprio pulitissime e probabilmente si impregnano di qualsiasi odore.
