When I checked in the night staff was very disrespectful and when I reported this to the manager he had a bunch of excuses that the staff is there alone and has personal issues so he understands why they are like that. “Really liked it here. Rooms were very clean and staff was really great. Guy named Bill was excellent. Very funny and helpful. Their breakfasts were pretty good. Pool was warm and the river walk was fun.”
