Hotel vicino a Loggers Trail Golf Course - Minneapolis - St. Paul

“Hotel, staff, and everything was really nice. Rooms are very modern but need to do something about AC being extremely loud, no black out curtains so we were up at 5 am. Loud trucks up and down the street early morning as well. Beds and pillows very average for a 5 star hotel. Needless to say we didn’t get a great sleep.”

“Everything about the room and property was beautiful, the craftsmanship was so meticulous, and the property was very clean and well maintained. Easy entry, peaceful surroundings, and an amazing turn of the century atmosphere!”

“I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

“The older rooms and lobby didn’t really capture the vintage vibe - they were just dated and the carpets were worn and dirty. Musty and damp in the rooms and towels were older and not absorbent. Great location but rooms not worth the amount we spent.”

“Check in was easy, although no elevator to the 2nd floor which.may sound petty but can be many trips back and forth to your car. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was low.. Coffee was good, breakfast ok, nothing spectacular.”

“Awful experience. We will never return to that hotel again. Somali manager was very rude and disrespectful to us when he could have easily spoken to us like a normal human being. Room looked clean also but stunk of something else that im unsure of so obviously not as clean as it should be and honestly we definitely overpaid for the hotel.”

“The staff were wonderful my whole stay. However, the entire building beyond the lobby smelled like pot and neither of the ice machines in the building worked by the time I checked out.”

“Toilet was dirty when I first arrived. My kitchenette was missing a drawer. The shower had mold in the door. The sound of the highway right outside my window mixed with people slamming the stairway door at all hours of the night, and no black out curtains made it hard to sleep. The receptionist was no where to be seen for the first 10 minutes I was trying to check in. She was seen later smoking cigarettes and talking with guests instead of being at the desk. I asked for pots and pans but was...

“This hotel showed some wear and it's not that old. Staff was okay but seemed to be preoccupied. Not a good option if you are wanting breakfast...we went to IHOP.”
