"I asked for a room clean about 9 o’clock one morning so I went out and do some stuff to stay away, but I need to go back to room about 12 o’clock and they had cleaned it then which was around 3 hours but they said book cleaning in morning but it was done by next I came back. Other wise everything ..."

"One of the rudest front desk receptionist I’ve encountered- I went to the reception desk asking for an extra pillow and she got mad and said no-luckily her co-worker saw my expression and swooped in and said no problem ma’am…the breakfast buffet was sooo limited ans again I witnessed an employee ..."
