“Wonderful traditional hotel in a stunning part of the Picos de Europa. Getting there is an event in itself; after you've passed through magnificent scenery, you're faced with a winding road to the top of the mountain, passing through two tunnels.
Once there, you're on the edge of a charming village, and although the hosts speak little English, we both got by with the help of Google Translate! The hosts do everything they can to make you feel welcome and at the heart of a traditional Spanish...

“Wow! The view from here is breathtaking! I originally planned to stay two nights, but ended up staying 5. I would suggest planning to spend some time here!
You can see the Picos de Europa from your room and there are many places to sit / eat outside. Fuente De is close by and the hosts provided many resources for nearby hikes. There is a cool hike that goes by 3 waterfalls, into a small village, up to a cross, and up to a peak before circling back. There are other hiking trails that...

“Las instalaciones, el entorno y el personal son excelentes. Un sitio muy tranquilo para desconectar, bien comunicado y muy cerca de Potes.
En mi caso me aloje en un apartamento con unas vistas a la montaña increibles y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en el Valle de Liebana. Sin duda un lugar para volver. ”

“There were six of us on motorcycles and we were accommodated in three very comfortable bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The hotel had a bar and adjoining was another building which was an excellent restaurant. Our bikes were parked in a garage below the guest house. The guest house is set amidst beautiful scenery with available walks.”
