“My husband and I came here for a long weekend getaway with our two dogs. We had the absolute best time!! The cabin was lovely and the land was fun to explore and the farm animals were so fun to watch and pet. We went golfing and to the Colorado bend state park, as well as staying at the cabin and enjoying the patio. Lovely place! Beth and Tom are some of the nicest people too. We really hope to come back.”

The bed was very comfortable, it was very clean and decorated so cute, we really enjoyed our stay here, the cabin is in the backyard of the owner's house, we love communicating with people and are very friendly but the owners gave us our privacy, we had the place all to ourselves, we enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of wood for us, beautiful lights out in the back, Brian and his family really did a great job with this place, I tell you one thing if we ever...

“There was someone in our room when we got there. Since there isn't a manager on site, it took awhile to get ahold of the owners to get another room. They did put us in the larger room at no extra cost, though, so that was nice. ”

The property owner was very helpful and communicative, even offered recommendations for nearby activities! We utilized the fire pit to make smores and had an amazing time. ”

The shower had great water pressure and it was super conveniently located for day passes to Colorado Bend State Park. We loved it and will be back.”

The kids had so much fun hunting for antlers and fossils, playing in the creek, and trying to sneak up on the deer to get a closer look.”

“The silo was perfect for our anniversary getaway! We had all the necessities available. The kitchen does have a 2 burner cooktop if you are wanting to make a meal. The location is about 45 min from Colorado Bend State Park - the park is amazing!! Kent was very helpful and quick to respond to any messages.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exceptionally comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was good. Our cabin included a deck with hot tub and table with chairs. The setting was charming with geese and a guinea hen. We enjoyed our neighbors, most of whom were camping nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing and unique experience!”

“Stumbled upon this property by accident and it was a delightful stay. The weather did not cooperate, but it was certainly fun to be at the safari with the other property amenities. The cabin was simple and well-appointed for our party of 3. The lady working the front desk was very pleasant. We used the game room in the evening. We will visit again and ideally the weather will be better. Check out this unique plance.”

“Well, hmmm, the concept was great but the attention to detail was extremely lacking….it certainly would be a tight sleeping arrangement/ squeeze for 4 adults, there were 3 of us. And for starters: Couch was filthy, ladder to the loft …we are in our 60s and was sketchy for our age group AND, Im a pretty adventurous soul and grandma, would NoT want my Grands attempting that ladder to the loft…shower curtain mildewed, coffee pot wasn't working properly… rain came thru the bottom of the door....
