“We were provided with a very small room that was not suitable for two adults and two children. The washroom was also extremely small and uncomfortable, even for a single traveler. We noticed there were larger rooms available, but despite seeing that we were traveling with kids and clearly needed more space, no effort was made to accommodate us.
Also, this property is more of a motel rather than a hotel, which was disappointing compared to what we expected.
