Good spacious apartment
The apartment we stayed in was good. It was 2 bedroom apartment, spacious. Toilet side panel of tub was coming out which can be dangerous to kids. The carpets in bedrooms were not clean. The security at the ground floor was very helpful. There is tesco express just 2min walk. I would recommend this apartment

Never again will I stay here
Chair and sofa broken although fixed next day. Carpets absolutely awful, marks everywhere. Shower terrible. No customer service. Chased 18 times to move a car they told me to park. Awful

Most disappointing stay in London
Had to have cold showers all week, despite their engineer attending and saying the hot water was working. Did not get fixed during the time I was there and nobody could come and check whilst I was in. The oven was broken and did not get fixed. Stressful trying to check in to the hotel (could not get hold of the guy checking me in) Had to park 15 minutes walk from apartment because I didn't book - not aware of this! Broken bits of glass on the floor due to shower door being broken by cleaner. Tried to get a refund for this stay as it was so stressful, but any refund has been refused. Never stayed at a hotel or apartment with such poor customer service, and hope I never do again. Avoid this place at all costs!

Thank you for your feedback. We are very surprised by your review. As you have kindly mentioned, as soon as you reported an issue with hot water, we attended to the property to fix it. As we checked water in the apartment, we found out there was no issue whatsoever. We attended to the property three times in order to check the issue, but we could never find any fault. On regards to the oven, unfortunately we did not receive any report from you and this is the reason why we could not fix it. Now it is working perfectly fine. As it is clearly stated on our House Rules, visible before the reservation, we provide a free on-site parking space, subject to availability, and guests must request it in advance, so that we can book it for them. Unfortunately, you didn't book a parking space and that is why it wasn't available upon your arrival. However, we provided for you an on-site parking space from your second day with us. Very poor management
We were extremely dyssatisfied for the very poor service for the hotel moreover there were lots of faults with hot shower, oven and locked balcony and surrounding construction zone. Not satisfied at all. Not recommended for family.
